We reply within 24 hours on business days. Messages sent on weekends or holidays will be answered on the next business day.

Can I get an invoice with my company details or for VAT exemption?

Yes, please provide your company name, VAT number, and address. We will issue a revised invoice with the necessary details.

What should I do if my device shows 0 hash rate or a power fault?

Check your pool settings and ensure the correct BTC address is entered. If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of your AxeOS dashboard and try reflashing the firmware.

What is the warranty period for your products?

The warranty period for our products is 2 years for private individuals (consumers) within the EU, 1 year for legal entities (business customers) within the EU, and 90 days for customers in the USA and other countries.

What should I do if my miner is not connecting to WiFi?

Ensure your WiFi is 2.4 GHz (not 5 GHz), check your SSID and password, disable any VPN, and try connecting to a phone hotspot. If issues persist, try reflashing the device using our webflasher tool.

What should I do if my device overheats or the fan runs at high speed?

Check that the fan is clean and heatsink properly positioned. If overheating persists, contact support for further assistance.

How do I set up my Bitaxe or NerdQaxe++ for mining?

Follow our setup guides and videos linked on our website. For solo mining, enter your BTC address in the pool settings. For regular payouts, join a mining pool like pool.braiins.com.

How do I update or reflash the firmware on my device?

Use our webflasher tool. Connect your device via USB-C, select your model and firmware version, and follow the on-screen instructions. Detailed guides are available on our website.

Shipping

What are the return deadlines and conditions?

If you request a return but do not ship the item within 2 weeks, the return request will be closed. Please ensure you use the provided return label and ship the item promptly.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or with missing parts?

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or details of missing items. We will arrange for replacement parts, a new unit, or a refund as needed

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible with your new address details.
