We offer a 90-day warranty for our devices. If there are any issues, we will replace the device after receiving the original one back for inspection.

What happens if I don't like it?

You can return the device within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be issued once we receive the device in its original condition at our address.

How fast is shipping?

Under normal conditions, we prepare orders for shipping within 48 hours or less.

Shipping to the EU & UK:

Standard shipping: 3-5 days

Shipping to the US & Canada:

First bitaxe ever bought

Really easy to buy, shipping was fast and the best part since I'm new to all this and my first bitaxe, the tutorial to set it up was clear and I had it running in minutes!! I can't stop staring at it to see it's stats. Highly recommend!

You guys over at PowerMining.io, you guys rock.

This is my second review. I change my one star review to a five star. I had a few issues with my Bitaxe and the guys at Powermining.io really out did themselves. The frame and heatsink were different than the one I was expecting, and so they sent me the correct frame. Then one day out of the blue they emailed me and said that they had the heatsink for me and that it was copper color, I was like freaken cool. Funny I was expecting a heatsink but instead they sent me another Bitaxe with a big copper heatsink with what looks like a Noctua fan. Boy, them guys over there at PowerMining.io are freaken awesome. Since they been so kind to me I think I'm going to head over to PowerMining.io and order something else 🙂

Cool Little Solo Miner!

This Bitaxe Gamma Solo Miner is very nicely made and is very quiet. It is well worth the money for a chance to win some bitcoin. I would recommend this one to anyone who is interested in getting started in solo mining. I might buy another one to gift a friend.
