We offer a 90-day warranty for our devices. If there are any issues, we will replace the device after receiving the original one back for inspection.

What happens if I don't like it?

You can return the device within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be issued once we receive the device in its original condition at our address.

How fast is shipping?

Under normal conditions, we prepare orders for shipping within 48 hours or less.

First bitaxe ever bought

Really easy to buy, shipping was fast and the best part since I'm new to all this and my first bitaxe, the tutorial to set it up was clear and I had it running in minutes!! I can't stop staring at it to see it's stats. Highly recommend!

I feel as tho I was sent a skeuomorph Bitaxe.

I wasn't quite happy about my Bitaxe Gamma, the glass display is crooked and the frame isn't the same one I thought I was ordering it's different. The one I ordered has a protected barrier around the part you put the plug in and mine doesn't have that. I took 2 pics, the first pic is my Bitaxe and the 2nd pic is how my Bitaxe should have looked like. I kinda feel cheated because I paid for one thing and got something else.

Cool Little Solo Miner!

This Bitaxe Gamma Solo Miner is very nicely made and is very quiet. It is well worth the money for a chance to win some bitcoin. I would recommend this one to anyone who is interested in getting started in solo mining. I might buy another one to gift a friend.
