Return Process
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For both EU and non-EU customers, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
90-Day Guarantee
We offer a 90-day guarantee for our products. If you experience any issues due to manufacturing defects within this period, we will assist in resolving the issue. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by improper use, modifications, or external factors.
Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
