Does it come with a warranty?

We offer a 90-day warranty for our devices. If there are any issues, we will replace the device after receiving the original one back for inspection.

What happens if I don't like it?

You can return the device within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be issued once we receive the device in its original condition at our address.

How fast is shipping?

Under normal conditions, we prepare orders for shipping within 48 hours or less.

Shipping to the EU & UK:
Express shipping: 1-3 days
Standard shipping: 3-5 days

Shipping to the US & Canada:
Express shipping: 2-4 days
Standard shipping: 4-6 days

What's the returns policy?

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
