What affiliate software do you use?

Our store runs on Shopify and we use GoAffPro to manage our affiliate program.

How are referral sales tracked?

Sales are tracked when a customer:

  • clicks your affiliate link, or
  • uses your unique discount code at checkout.

The sale is automatically attributed to your affiliate account.

What is the cookie duration?

We use a 7-day tracking cookie.

If a customer clicks your affiliate link, any purchase made within 7 days will be attributed to you.

Payments

What is payout schedule?

Commissions are paid on a Net 15 basis (15 days after the end of the month in which the sale was made).

Examples:
- A sale made on March 5 or March 25 is paid out on April 15.
- A sale made on April 30 is paid out on May 15.

What is minimum payout threshold?

The minimum payout amount is €100. If your balance is below this threshold, it will roll over to the next period until the minimum is reached.

How to request a payout?

Commissions are not paid automatically.
To request a payout, please send us an invoice addressed to the following company details:
