Great Bitaxe unit. Very customizable, I got a hashrate of 1.27 Th/s, ASIC temp at 54C, volt/reg temp at 49C, efficiency at 13.5 J/Th, power consumption of 17.1w and the fan runs an average of 50%. I did ad one heat-sink to the front and two to the back of unit. The above is from setting the Freq at 625 MHz and the Core Voltage at 1100 mv. Just got into this btc mining stuff 11/15/2025. This is my 2nd BitAxe purchased just weeks after starting the my 1st solo miner.
This Gamma configuration is awesome. IMO, extremely quiet little rig, well compared to my very noisy Supra, this seems truly silent.
Now looking forward to seeing PowerMining's release of the Turbo, for my 3rd btc rig!
Thank you for developing such an innovative product. Both the Raspberry Pi and the mining machine are operating normally, and there are no issues with the product itself.
The problem we experienced was caused by internet packet congestion. It seems that the amount of traffic exceeded the performance limits of our router, which led to a temporary loss of connection. This issue was resolved by replacing the router, so it was not a product-related problem, although it was something we could not have anticipated before using it.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.
This is awesome, and a great conversation piece. So far, works great and does everything it claims. A few upgrades and it is able to average 1.4(fan/heatsink). Great quality control also, will be buying from power mining again! Keep up the great work!

It’s my first miner and node. un learning the process of setting it up even though I’m paying .24 a kWh I’m looking to purchase mor more mining rigs such as the Cannan Avalon q @90 TH and the Avalon heater @ 37.5TH .
Had a minor issue with my miner and customer support came in on some legendary mode. I pinched myself aimlessly to see if i was dreaming. Suffice to say, my arm is full of bruises now. Absolute legends with legendary products, will buy again!!!!!!! And you should too !!

Bitaxe Gamma Review – The Perfect “Hobby Miner”
I recently bought the Bitaxe Gamma from Powerming, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations.
First of all, the setup was plug-and-play. Within minutes I had it up and running, connected to my pool without any issues. The interface is clean, intuitive, and surprisingly polished for such a small, DIY-style device.
Performance-wise, the Gamma delivers exactly what it promises. At ~1.2 TH/s, it’s not going to compete with a full-scale ASIC farm — and it’s not meant to. This is a lottery miner, a device for people who want to participate in the Bitcoin network without noise, heat, or massive power bills. In my case, I even run it on solar panels, which makes it effectively free to operate.
What I really enjoy is how quiet and efficient it is. It draws only around 15–20 watts, which is basically nothing compared to traditional miners. That means I can leave it running 24/7 without thinking twice about the electric bill or disturbing anyone with fan noise.
The build quality is also worth noting: it feels sturdy, compact, and well-designed. Powerming did a great job with shipping and packaging — it arrived quickly and safely.

A great machine, very well assembled. The case is functional. Only the fan is way too noisy!
